David Spiegelhalter（デイヴィッド・シュピーゲルハルター、1953年生まれ）は、イギリスの統計学者、科学コミュニケーター。ケンブリッジ大学名誉教授。専門は統計学、リスク分析、医療統計で、不確実性や確率を社会にわかりやすく伝える活動で広く知られる。『The Art of Statistics』『The Art of Uncertainty』『Covid by Numbers』などの著書を通じて、データや統計を正しく読み解く方法や、リスクと意思決定について平易に解説している。学術研究と社会への発信を結び付けながら、統計的思考の重要性を幅広い読者に伝え続けている。
David Spiegelhalter (born 1953) is a British statistician, science communicator, and Professor Emeritus at the University of Cambridge.
