スティーブン・シュワルツマン（Stephen Schwarzman、1947–）は、アメリカの実業家、投資家、慈善活動家。1985年にブラックストーン・グループを共同創業し、プライベート・エクイティ、不動産、インフラ、クレジットなど幅広い分野で事業を展開する世界有数の投資会社へと成長させた。世界経済や金融市場に関する発信にも積極的で、教育や文化への寄付活動でも知られる。自伝『ブラックストーン・ウェイ PEファンドの王者が語る「創業」「戦略」「経営」のすべて』（原題：What It Takes: Lessons in the Pursuit of Excellence）では、起業から企業経営、リーダーシップまで、自身の経験をもとに成功の原則を語っている。
Stephen Schwarzman (1947–) is an American businessman, investor, and philanthropist. He co-founded Blackstone in 1985 and helped build it into one of the world's leading alternative investment firms, with businesses spanning private equity, real estate, infrastructure, and credit. A prominent voice on global finance, leadership, and economic policy, he has also made major philanthropic contributions to education, culture, and public service.
