スラヴォイ・ジジェク（Slavoj Žižek、1949–）スロベニアの哲学者、文化批評家。ヘーゲル哲学、ラカン派精神分析、マルクス主義を横断し、政治、イデオロギー、映画、宗教、大衆文化まで幅広いテーマを論じる現代思想家として知られる。代表作『暴力 6つの斜めからの省察』（原題 "Violence: Six Sideways Reflections"）は、目に見える暴力だけでなく、社会や言語、経済システムに埋め込まれた暴力の構造を多角的に考察している。

Slavoj Žižek (born 1949) is a Slovenian philosopher and cultural critic whose work spans Hegelian philosophy, Lacanian psychoanalysis, and Marxist theory. Renowned for his provocative analyses of politics, ideology, film, religion, and popular culture, he is one of the leading public intellectuals of the contemporary era. His best-known book, "Violence: Six Sideways Reflections," examines not only visible acts of violence but also the systemic and symbolic forms embedded in language, society, and economic life.
