杉山 修（すぎやま おさむ、Osamu Sugiyama a.k.a. Staris）は、日本の音楽家、YouTuber。電子音楽の制作・発信を行う一方、創作活動を通じて培った独自のジャーナリング手法をYouTubeで紹介し、多くの支持を集めている。「創造性は偶然ではなく、誰もが再現できる」という考えのもと、ジャーナリングを自己理解や思考整理、アイデア創出のための実践的な手法として提唱。著書『クリエイティブジャーナリング』では、文章だけでなく図やチャートも活用した独自のメソッドを紹介し、創造性を育むための新しい書く習慣を提案している。
