小海（シャオ・ハイ、1987年–）は、中国の詩人、随筆家、出稼ぎ労働者。河南省商丘市に生まれ、15歳で深圳へ移り、縫製工場や電子機器工場などで働きながら500編を超える詩を書いた。北京郊外の出稼ぎ労働者による文学活動に参加し、労働者文学賞の最優秀詩人賞を受賞。回想録 “Adrift in the South”（未邦訳）では、中国の急速な経済発展を製造現場で支えた労働者の疎外や困窮、文学に尊厳を見いだしていく過程を、自らの体験を通して描き出した。
Xiao Hai (born 1987) is a Chinese poet, essayist, and migrant worker. Born in Shangqiu, Henan Province, he moved to Shenzhen at the age of fifteen and wrote more than five hundred poems while working in garment and electronics factories across China. He later joined a literary community formed by migrant workers on the outskirts of Beijing and received the Best Poet prize at the inaugural Laborers’ Literature Awards. In his memoir “Adrift in the South,” he draws on his own experience to portray the alienation and hardship endured by the workers behind China’s rapid economic growth, as well as his discovery of dignity through literature.
