Drawing on experience supporting more than 400 AI projects, the book examined the growth opportunities within existing businesses between cost reduction and the creation of new markets. It described how customer relationships, operational data and practical knowledge can become starting points for increasing revenue. Alongside this approach to deepening existing businesses, it examined workflow design, project management and the people and organizational structures needed to implement AI.
