ショシャナ・ズボフ（Shoshana Zuboff、1951年–）は、アメリカの社会心理学者、経営学者。ハーバード・ビジネス・スクール名誉教授。シカゴ大学で社会心理学の博士号を取得し、1981年にハーバード・ビジネス・スクールの教員となって以来、情報技術が企業組織、労働、人間の行動、資本主義の構造をどのように変えるかを研究してきた。デジタル企業が人々の行動データを収集し、予測や行動の誘導によって利益を得る新たな経済システムを「監視資本主義」と名づけ、その企業権力と民主主義への影響を分析したことで知られる。代表作『監視資本主義 人類の未来を賭けた闘い』（原題 "The Age of Surveillance Capitalism: The Fight for a Human Future at the New Frontier of Power"）では、Googleなどのテクノロジー企業が人間の経験を行動データへ変換し、予測商品として利用するビジネスモデルの形成をたどり、それが個人のプライバシーや自律性だけでなく、企業と市民の力関係や民主主義そのものを変えていく構造を分析している。
Shoshana Zuboff (born 1951) is an American social psychologist and business scholar whose work examines the relationship between digital technology, organizations, human behavior, and capitalism. She is Professor Emerita at Harvard Business School, where she joined the faculty in 1981. Zuboff is best known for developing the concept of "surveillance capitalism," describing an economic system in which companies capture data about human behavior and use it to predict and influence future actions for commercial gain. In "The Age of Surveillance Capitalism: The Fight for a Human Future at the New Frontier of Power," she traces the emergence of this business model in companies such as Google and examines how the large-scale extraction and analysis of behavioral data can reshape privacy, individual autonomy, corporate power, and democratic society.
