Azusa Shigenobu is a Japanese photographer known for her work on pregnancy, childbirth, parenting, food, and agriculture. A graduate of Kuwasawa Design School, she has worked extensively for magazines, advertisements, and book publishers while pursuing documentary photography as a lifelong project. Her photographs capture the warmth of everyday life and family relationships with sensitivity and empathy. Her books include Umareru Monogatari (Stories of Birth), Shashin no Torikata Techō (A Handbook of Photography), and Camera Classroom: Photographing Life with Children.
