Sheddad Kaid-Salah Ferrón A Spanish physicist, science educator, and science writer who has studied physics and pharmacy and has worked in science education. Much of his writing is devoted to making complex scientific ideas accessible to younger readers. Working with illustrator Eduard Altarriba, he has created illustrated books introducing children to subjects including quantum physics and relativity. In "My First Book of Quantum Physics," he introduces atoms and subatomic particles, wave-particle behavior, the uncertainty principle, and other counterintuitive ideas, combining illustrations with concise explanations to give young readers an accessible introduction to the quantum world.
