ジョナサン・トレバー（Jonathan Trevor） イギリスの経営学者、組織戦略の専門家。オックスフォード大学サイード・ビジネス・スクールで経営実務教授および副学部長を務め、企業の目的、戦略、組織能力、人材、文化、制度を一貫した方向へ結びつける「戦略的整合」を研究している。経営幹部や取締役会への助言にも携わり、学術研究と企業経営の実践を橋渡しする活動でも知られる。代表作『リアライン―ディスラプションを超える戦略と組織の再構築』では、急速な環境変化に対応するため、戦略・組織・人材・企業文化を整合させ、持続的な競争優位を築くための実践的なフレームワークを提示している。
Jonathan Trevor is a British management scholar and expert on organizational strategy. He is Professor of Management Practice and an Associate Dean at the University of Oxford’s Saïd Business School, where his work focuses on strategic alignment—the coordination of an organization’s purpose, strategy, capabilities, people, culture, structures, and systems. Alongside his academic research, he advises senior executives and boards, bridging management theory and practical leadership. His book *Re:Align: A Leadership Blueprint for Overcoming Disruption and Improving Performance* explains how organizations can realign themselves in response to change and translate strategic choices into stronger performance.
