John Kay（ジョン・ケイ、1948年生まれ）は、イギリスの経済学者、作家。オックスフォード大学セント・ジョンズ・カレッジフェロー。専門は産業経済学、企業統治、金融市場、公共政策で、長年にわたり経済学の研究と政策提言の両面で活躍している。『The Truth About Markets（市場の真実）』『Obliquity（逆説の成功法則）』『Other People's Money』『Radical Uncertainty』などの著書を通じて、市場経済や企業経営、不確実性に対する従来の考え方を問い直してきた。経済理論と現実のビジネスを結び付けながら、複雑な経済現象を平易な言葉で読み解き、新たな視点を提示し続けている。
