ジョーン・C・ウィリアムズ（Joan C. Williams、1952–）は、アメリカの法学者、社会評論家。カリフォルニア大学サンフランシスコ校ヘイスティングス・ロースクール名誉教授であり、Center for WorkLife Lawの創設者として、職場におけるジェンダー平等、働き方、多様性、階級格差に関する研究を長年にわたり牽引してきた。代表作『アメリカを動かす「ホワイト・ワーキング・クラス」という人々』は、アメリカの白人労働者階級が抱える価値観や不満を分析し、政治的分断の背景を読み解いた一冊である。近年は『Outclassed: How the Left Lost the Working Class and How to Win Them Back』（未邦訳）で、リベラル派と労働者階級の溝が広がった要因を考察し、より包摂的な社会を実現するための方策を提言している。
Joan C. Williams (1952–) is an American legal scholar, social critic, and leading authority on gender, work, and class. She is Distinguished Professor Emerita at the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco, and the founding director of the Center for WorkLife Law. Her influential book *White Working Class: Overcoming Class Cluelessness in America* examines the cultural and economic concerns of America's white working class and their role in the country's growing political polarization. More recently, in *Outclassed: How the Left Lost the Working Class and How to Win Them Back*, she explores the widening divide between progressive politics and working-class voters, arguing for a more inclusive approach to social and economic policy.
