ジム・スキアット（Jim Sciutto） アメリカのジャーナリスト。CNNのチーフ・ナショナル・セキュリティ・アナリストを務め、外交、安全保障、諜報活動、中国、ロシアを長年取材してきた。世界各地での豊富な現場経験をもとに、大国間競争や国際秩序の変化を分析する報道で知られる。代表作『The Return of Great Powers』（未邦訳）は、ロシアと中国の台頭によって世界が新たな大国間競争の時代に入りつつある現状を、多くの取材と関係者へのインタビューをもとに描いている。
