Jacinda Ardern（ジャシンダ・アーダーン、1980年生まれ）は、ニュージーランドの政治家、作家。ワイカト大学卒業後、ニュージーランド労働党で政治活動を始め、2008年に国会議員となった。2017年に労働党党首となり、同年、37歳でニュージーランド首相に就任。2017年から2023年まで第40代首相を務めた。クライストチャーチ・モスク銃撃事件への対応、銃規制の強化、新型コロナウイルス対策などを通じ、共感と決断力を兼ね備えたリーダーとして国際的に注目を集めた。退任後は、オンライン上の過激主義対策を進めるChristchurch Callの特使やEarthshot Prizeの評議員などを務めている。著書に A Different Kind of Power などがある。

Jacinda Ardern (born 1980) is a New Zealand politician and author. After graduating from the University of Waikato, she became active in the New Zealand Labour Party and was elected to Parliament in 2008. In 2017, she became leader of the Labour Party and, at the age of 37, Prime Minister of New Zealand, serving as the country's 40th prime minister from 2017 to 2023. Internationally recognized for her empathetic and decisive leadership, Ardern led New Zealand through major crises including the Christchurch mosque attacks, gun law reform, and the COVID-19 pandemic. Since leaving office, she has continued public work as Special Envoy for the Christchurch Call and as a trustee of the Earthshot Prize. Her memoir is A Different Kind of Power.
