シンシア・オジック（1928年–）は、アメリカの小説家・評論家。ユダヤ人の歴史や信仰、ホロコーストの記憶を、小説やエッセイで扱ってきた。『ショールの女』（The Shawl）では、強制収容所で幼い娘を守ろうとする母親と、その後も消えない喪失を描く。評論集『Quarrel & Quandary』（未邦訳）で、全米批評家協会賞を受賞した。

Cynthia Ozick (born 1928) is an American novelist and critic whose fiction and essays explore Jewish history, faith, and the memory of the Holocaust. The Shawl (『ショールの女』) portrays a mother trying to protect her infant daughter in a concentration camp and living with the loss that follows. Her essay collection Quarrel & Quandary (untranslated into Japanese) won the National Book Critics Circle Award for Criticism.
