シャーロット・マコナギー（Charlotte McConaghy、1988–）は、オーストラリアの小説家、脚本家。自然環境と人間の関係を主題とした作品で国際的な評価を受け、気候変動、生物多様性、喪失、希望といったテーマを文学性豊かに描いている。作品は30以上の言語に翻訳され、映像化も進められるなど、現代を代表するエコロジカル・フィクションの作家の一人として注目されている。代表作『飛べない渡り鳥』では、絶滅の危機に瀕したキョクアジサシを追う女性の旅を通して、人類と自然の未来、そして喪失と再生を静かな筆致で描いている。
Charlotte McConaghy (1988–) is an Australian novelist and screenwriter. She is internationally acclaimed for literary fiction that explores the relationship between humanity and the natural world, weaving together themes of climate change, biodiversity, loss, and hope. Her novels have been translated into more than thirty languages and are being adapted for film and television, establishing her as one of the leading voices in contemporary climate fiction.
