Rebecca M. Henderson（レベッカ・M・ヘンダーソン、1962年生まれ）は、イギリス出身の経営学者。Harvard Business School教授。イノベーション、組織変革、競争戦略、サステナビリティを専門とし、企業が長期的な価値を創造しながら社会課題の解決に貢献するための経営について研究している。『Reimagining Capitalism in a World on Fire』『Leading Sustainable Change』『Accelerating Energy Innovation』などの著書を通じて、気候変動や格差といった課題に対応する新たな資本主義のあり方を提唱してきた。企業と社会がともに持続的な発展を実現するための経営の役割を問い直し、ビジネスリーダーに実践的な指針を示している。
Rebecca M. Henderson (born 1962) is a British management scholar and the John and Natty McArthur University Professor at Harvard Business School. Her research focuses on innovation, organizational change, competitive strategy, and sustainability, with particular emphasis on how businesses can create long-term value while addressing major societal challenges. She is the author of Reimagining Capitalism in a World on Fire, Leading Sustainable Change, and Accelerating Energy Innovation, in which she argues for a new model of capitalism capable of responding to climate change, inequality, and other global issues. By integrating management research with real-world business practice, Henderson offers a compelling vision of how companies can drive both economic success and social progress.
