Rebecca Giblin is an Australian legal scholar whose research focuses on copyright, creators' rights, access to knowledge, and the regulation of technology and culture. She is a Professor at Melbourne Law School and Director of the Intellectual Property Research Institute of Australia (IPRIA). Her research has examined issues including the impact of ebook lending on authors and new approaches to making culturally significant but commercially unavailable works accessible to readers.
