レイチェル・サイフェルト（Rachel Seiffert、1971–）は、イギリスの小説家。ドイツ人の母とオーストラリア人の父のもとにオックスフォードで生まれ、戦争、歴史、記憶、罪と責任をテーマにした作品で国際的な評価を得ている。2001年に発表したデビュー作『The Dark Room』でブッカー賞最終候補となり、2003年にはGranta誌の「Best of Young British Novelists」に選出された。代表作『The Dark Room』では、第二次世界大戦とその後のドイツを生きる三世代の人々を描き、歴史が個人の人生や記憶に残す深い影響を静かな筆致で描き出している。
