Leonie Swann（レオニー・スワン、1975年生まれ）は、ドイツの推理作家。ミュンヘン近郊生まれ。ベルリン自由大学で哲学、心理学、英文学を学び、ジャーナリズムや編集の仕事を経て小説家となった。2005年に発表したデビュー作『Three Bags Full』（独題：Glennkill）は、羊たちが羊飼い殺害事件の真相を追うという独創的な設定で世界的なベストセラーとなり、ドイツ・ミステリー賞（Friedrich Glauser Prize）新人賞を受賞した。ユーモアとミステリーを巧みに融合させた作風で知られ、その後も『Garou』『Darke』などを発表。動物や自然、人間社会への鋭い観察を織り交ぜた独創的な作品で、現代ドイツ・ミステリーを代表する作家の一人として高く評価されている。
Leonie Swann (born 1975) is a German crime novelist renowned for blending mystery, humor, and philosophical insight. Born near Munich, she studied philosophy, psychology, and English literature at the Free University of Berlin before working in journalism and publishing. Her debut novel, Three Bags Full (Glennkill), became an international bestseller with its original premise of a flock of sheep investigating the murder of their shepherd.
