Yuki Ozawa (born 1964) is a Japanese manga artist from Nagoya. She made her debut in the girls’ manga magazine Bouquet at the age of sixteen and has used family testimony to preserve the experiences of ordinary people affected by war. Her representative work, "Koori no Ten: Siberia Yokuryūki," recounts the experiences of her father, Shoichi Ozawa, who was taken to Siberia by Soviet forces after the end of the war in Manchuria. Drawing on repeated interviews with him, the manga reconstructs hunger, forced labor, deaths among fellow detainees, and the prisoners’ hopes of returning to Japan. Initially created as a self-published work, it later received the New Face Award in the Manga Division of the 16th Japan Media Arts Festival and, together with "Atokata no Machi," won the Grand Award in the Comic Division of the 44th Japan Cartoonists Association Awards.
