略歴（Biography）
小野容照（おの・やすてる、1982年生まれ）は、日本の歴史学者。九州大学大学院人文科学研究院准教授。学習院大学卒業後、高麗大学校大学院で韓国史を学び、京都大学大学院文学研究科博士後期課程修了、博士（文学）。朝鮮近現代史を専門とし、植民地期の独立運動、ナショナリズム、スポーツ史、日韓関係史をグローバルな視点から研究している。史料に基づく実証的研究に定評があり、近代東アジアにおける人・思想・文化の交流を多角的に分析している。著書に『朝鮮独立運動と東アジア 1910–1925』『帝国日本と朝鮮野球』『韓国「建国」の起源を探る』などがある。
Yasuteru Ono (born 1982) is a Japanese historian specializing in modern Korean history and Associate Professor at Kyushu University. After graduating from Gakushuin University, he earned a master's degree in Korean History from Korea University and a Ph.D. in Literature from Kyoto University. His research focuses on Korea under Japanese colonial rule, the Korean independence movement, nationalism, sports history, and the history of Japan–Korea relations from a transnational perspective. Known for his rigorous archival research, he explores the movement of people, ideas, and culture across East Asia in the modern era. His major works include The Korean Independence Movement and East Asia, 1910–1925, Imperial Japan and Korean Baseball, and Tracing the Origins of the Founding of South Korea.
