Kosuke Ohashi is a Japanese novelist and editor. After graduating from Rikkyo University’s College of Science, he worked in public relations and marketing for a major telecommunications company before moving into publishing and writing. His debut novel, Survival Wedding, follows a woman who is abandoned by her fiancé shortly before their wedding and is given an outrageous assignment by her editor-in-chief, prompting her to reconsider her career, marriage, and the life she wants to lead. The novel was adapted into a television drama by Nippon TV in 2018. Ohashi has also written practical books that use conversations with specialists to make complex subjects accessible, combining narrative techniques with the organizing skills of an experienced editor.
