Ayako Ogawa is a Japanese translator whose work covers health, business, art, and information technology. She completed the required coursework in the doctoral program in philosophy at Gakushuin University without submitting a dissertation. She also translates technical documents and edits translated books. In Edward M. Hallowell’s book published in Japanese as “Habado Shuchuryoku Kakumei,” she translated an account of how digital distractions and overloaded work routines affect attention. Her translations of books by Wim Hof and Koen de Jong introduce their approach to breathing and cold exposure. Ogawa’s work also includes collaborative translations on sport and art, alongside practical books intended for general readers.
