野地 秩嘉（noji tsuneyoshi）- ノンフィクション作家

野地 秩嘉（のじ つねよし、1957年生まれ）は、日本のノンフィクション作家。東京都生まれ。早稲田大学商学部卒業後、出版社勤務や美術展のプロデューサーを経て、ノンフィクション作家として独立した。人物ルポルタージュをはじめ、ビジネス、ものづくり、サービス、食文化、美術など幅広い分野を精力的に取材・執筆している。徹底した現場取材と関係者への綿密なインタビューに基づく作品に定評があり、企業や組織の理念、現場で働く人々の姿を臨場感豊かに描き出している。『TOKYOオリンピック物語』でミズノスポーツライター賞優秀賞を受賞。代表作に『サービスの達人たち』『サービスの天才たち』『トヨタ物語』『高倉健インタヴューズ』『伊藤忠 商人の心得』『ユーザーファースト 穐田誉輝とくふうカンパニー』などがある。

Tsuneyoshi Noji (born 1957) is a Japanese nonfiction writer known for his in-depth reporting on business, manufacturing, service industries, and Japanese culture. Born in Tokyo, he graduated from Waseda University and worked in publishing and as an exhibition producer before becoming a full-time writer. His work is distinguished by extensive field research and firsthand interviews, offering vivid portraits of business leaders, craftsmen, service professionals, and cultural figures. Noji has written extensively on companies such as Toyota and Itochu, as well as on prominent individuals including actor Ken Takakura. He received the Mizuno Sports Writer Award for TOKYO Olympic Story. His notable works include Masters of Service, Geniuses of Service, The Toyota Story, Ken Takakura Interviews, Itochu: The Merchant's Spirit, and User First: Yoki Akita and Kufu Company.
