Tomoko Nozu is a Japanese translator of English-language nonfiction on organizations, leadership, and psychology. Amy C. Edmondson’s “The Fearless Organization” examines how psychological safety enables people to discuss questions and mistakes and supports learning at work. Edmondson’s “Teaming” explores collaboration as an ongoing learning process in changing situations. Edgar H. Schein’s “Humble Consulting” reconsiders the relationship between those offering help and those seeking it. Nozu also translates books about everyday working life, including Dale Dauten’s “The Max Strategy,” published in Japanese as “Shigoto wa Tanoshii kane?” These works examine habits, cooperation, and relationships within and beyond formal organizations.
