乃木坂太郎（のぎざか たろう）は、日本の漫画家。医療や犯罪、歴史など多様な題材を扱い、組織の論理と個人の信念がぶつかる人間ドラマを描いてきた。代表作『医龍-Team Medical Dragon-』は、永井明の原案をもとに乃木坂が描いた医療漫画。かつて海外の医療支援チームを率いた天才外科医・朝田龍太郎が、明真大学付属病院で高難度のバチスタ手術に挑むチームを結成していく。心臓外科の現場だけでなく、医局制度や教授選、派閥争い、若手医師の成長を描いた同作は、第50回小学館漫画賞を受賞し、テレビドラマ化もされた。
Taro Nogizaka is a Japanese manga artist whose work spans medicine, crime, and history, often exploring conflicts between institutional interests and individual convictions. His representative work, "Iryū: Team Medical Dragon," is a medical manga based on a concept by Akira Nagai and drawn by Nogizaka. It follows Ryutaro Asada, a brilliant surgeon who once led an international medical-aid team, as he assembles a specialist group at Meishin University Hospital to perform the highly demanding Batista procedure. Alongside cardiac surgery, the series examines hospital hierarchy, professorial elections, factional rivalry, and the development of young physicians. It received the 50th Shogakukan Manga Award and was later adapted into a television drama.
