能町みね子(のうまち・みねこ、1979年生まれ)は、日本の文筆家、エッセイスト、漫画家、イラストレーター。東京大学教養学部卒業。2006年、ブログを書籍化した『オカマだけどOLやってます。』でデビューし、以来、独自の観察眼とユーモアあふれる文章で幅広い読者を獲得している。相撲、鉄道、街歩き、地方文化、時事、ジェンダーなど多彩なテーマを軽妙かつ鋭い視点で描き、テレビやラジオでも活躍。日常の些細な出来事を独自の切り口で掘り下げるエッセイストとして高い評価を受けている。著書に『結婚の奴』『私みたいな者に飼われて猫は幸せなんだろうか?』『ショッピン・イン・アオモリ』『正直申し上げて』などがある。 Wikipedia ↗
Mineko Nomachi (born 1979) is a Japanese writer, essayist, manga artist, and illustrator. A graduate of the University of Tokyo, she made her literary debut in 2006 with "Okama Dakedo OL Yattemasu." Since then, she has become one of Japan's most distinctive essayists, celebrated for her wit, keen observational skills, and unconventional perspective on everyday life. Her work spans a wide range of subjects—including sumo, railways, urban exploration, regional culture, current affairs, and gender—combining humor with thoughtful social commentary. In addition to her writing, she is a familiar presence on television and radio.
