ニコラ・トゥイリー（Nicola Twilley） イギリス出身のジャーナリスト、著述家。食、科学、テクノロジーをテーマに執筆し、食を科学や歴史の視点から探るポッドキャスト「Gastropod」の共同ホストや、『The New Yorker』への寄稿でも知られる。『冷蔵庫 「冷やす箱」が起こした物流革命』（原題 "Frostbite: How Refrigeration Changed Our Food, Our Planet, and Ourselves"）は、冷蔵・冷凍技術の発展が食料生産や物流、食生活をどのように変えたのかをたどり、現代社会を支えるコールドチェーンの歴史と課題を描いている。
