並木均（なみき・ひとし、1963年生まれ）は、日本の翻訳家、インテリジェンス研究者。中央大学法学部卒業後、公安調査庁および内閣情報調査室で約30年にわたり情報・安全保障分野の実務に従事し、2017年に退職。その後は翻訳家として、諜報、軍事、安全保障、国際政治に関する海外のノンフィクションを数多く紹介している。実務経験に裏打ちされた正確で専門性の高い翻訳に定評があり、日本におけるインテリジェンス研究の発展にも貢献している。主な訳書に"Strategic Intelligence for American World Policy"（『戦略インテリジェンス論』、共訳）、"Intelligence in War"（『情報と戦争』）、"A Woman of No Importance"（『ナチスが恐れた義足の女スパイ』）、"ファイブ・アイズ"（『ファイブ・アイズ』）、"FSB ロシア連邦保安庁"（『FSB ロシア連邦保安庁』）などがある。
Hitoshi Namiki (born 1963) is a Japanese translator specializing in intelligence, security, and international affairs. A graduate of Chuo University’s Faculty of Law, he worked for approximately thirty years at Japan’s Public Security Intelligence Agency and the Cabinet Intelligence and Research Office before becoming independent in 2017. Sherman Kent’s “Strategic Intelligence for American World Policy” examines intelligence as knowledge, organization, and activity; Namiki supervised and co-translated its Japanese edition. John Keegan’s “Intelligence in War” investigates the relationship between information and military outcomes. Sonia Purnell’s “A Woman of No Importance” recounts the work of Virginia Hall, an American intelligence operative in occupied France.
