並木均（なみき・ひとし、1963年生まれ）は、日本の翻訳家、インテリジェンス研究者。中央大学法学部卒業後、公安調査庁および内閣情報調査室で約30年にわたり情報・安全保障分野の実務に従事し、2017年に退職。その後は翻訳家として、諜報、軍事、安全保障、国際政治に関する海外のノンフィクションを数多く紹介している。実務経験に裏打ちされた正確で専門性の高い翻訳に定評があり、日本におけるインテリジェンス研究の発展にも貢献している。主な訳書に"Strategic Intelligence for American World Policy"（『戦略インテリジェンス論』、共訳）、"Intelligence in War"（『情報と戦争』）、"The Spy with the Wooden Leg"（『ナチスが恐れた義足の女スパイ』）、"The Five Eyes"（『ファイブ・アイズ』）、"FSB: The Russian Federal Security Service"（『FSB ロシア連邦保安庁』）などがある。
Hitoshi Namiki (born 1963) is a Japanese translator and intelligence researcher specializing in espionage, national security, and international affairs. After graduating from Chuo University, he spent approximately thirty years with Japan's Public Security Intelligence Agency and the Cabinet Intelligence and Research Office before becoming an independent translator in 2017. Drawing on his extensive professional experience, he has translated numerous influential works on intelligence, military history, and geopolitical strategy. His notable translations include "Strategic Intelligence for American World Policy," "Intelligence in War," "The Spy with the Wooden Leg," "The Five Eyes," and "FSB: The Russian Federal Security Service."
