ミン・ジン・リー（Min Jin Lee、1968–）は、韓国生まれのアメリカの小説家。幼少期に家族とともにアメリカへ移住し、移民、アイデンティティ、差別、歴史、家族の絆をテーマにした作品で国際的な評価を得ている。代表作『PACHINKO パチンコ』では、日本統治下の朝鮮から戦後日本へと続く在日コリアン四世代の歩みを壮大なスケールで描き、歴史の激動の中で懸命に生きる人々の姿を通して、民族、帰属意識、尊厳を問いかけた。同作は全米図書賞最終候補作となり、世界各国で高い評価を受けるとともに、映像化によってさらに幅広い読者を獲得している。
Min Jin Lee (born 1968) is a Korean-born American novelist whose work explores immigration, identity, discrimination, history, and the resilience of families across generations. After emigrating to the United States as a child, she developed a literary voice distinguished by meticulous historical research and deeply human storytelling. Her best-known novel, *Pachinko*, traces four generations of a Korean family living in Japan from the early twentieth century onward, illuminating the enduring effects of colonialism, prejudice, and displacement.
