宮脇さき（みやわき さき、1997年 - ）は、日本の個人投資家、実業家。宮崎県生まれ。お茶の水女子大学在学中から国内不動産への投資を始め、卒業後は海外にも投資先を広げ、ジョージア、トルコ、UAEなどの不動産に投資。現在はドバイを拠点に、個人投資家として資産運用を行うほか、富裕層や経営者、投資家への資産コンサルティング、海外移住の支援などを手がけている。『世界の新富裕層はなぜ「オルカン・S&P500」を買わないのか 20代で純資産4億円をつくった超レバレッジ投資の極意』では、株式インデックスへの長期積立だけに依存する資産形成を問い直し、インフレや為替変動に備えながら、不動産をはじめ複数の資産や地域へ分散して資産を形成する考え方を、自身の投資経験をもとに解説している。
Saki Miyawaki (born 1997) is a Japanese individual investor and entrepreneur. Born in Miyazaki Prefecture, she began investing in domestic real estate while studying at Ochanomizu University and later expanded her investments overseas, including properties in Georgia, Turkey, and the United Arab Emirates. Now based in Dubai, she manages her own investments while also providing wealth consulting and overseas relocation support for investors, business owners, and affluent clients.
