ケイティ・キタムラ（Katie Kitamura、1979年 - ） アメリカの小説家、ジャーナリスト、美術評論家。プリンストン大学で学び、ロンドン・コンソーシアムでアメリカ文学の博士号を取得した。アイデンティティ、言語、パフォーマンス、人間関係の不確かさを端正で緊張感のある文体で描く作品で知られ、現代英語文学を代表する作家の一人として高い評価を受けている。代表作『Intimacies』（未邦訳）は、国際刑事裁判所で働く通訳者を主人公に、言葉と権力、倫理的責任、親密さの複雑な関係を描いた長編小説で、多くの主要メディアの年間ベストブックに選ばれた。現在はニューヨーク大学で創作を教えている。
Katie Kitamura (born 1979) is an American novelist, journalist, and art critic. Educated at Princeton University and the London Consortium, she is known for her psychologically precise fiction exploring identity, language, performance, and the fragility of human relationships. Her novel *Intimacies* follows an interpreter at the International Criminal Court and examines the moral complexities of language, power, and personal responsibility. Widely acclaimed by critics and selected as one of the year's best books by numerous publications, it established Kitamura as one of the leading voices in contemporary literary fiction. She also teaches creative writing at New York University.
