Iain Martin (born 1971) is a British journalist and author. He has served as editor of *The Scotsman*, written a political column for *The Times*, and founded the news and commentary site *Reaction*. In 2013, his book "Making It Happen" was shortlisted for the Financial Times/Goldman Sachs Business Book of the Year Award. "Making It Happen" provides a deeply reported account of the 2008 financial crisis, revealing the decisions and events that led to the collapse of Lehman Brothers and the global financial meltdown.
