泉美智子（いずみ・みちこ）は、日本のファイナンシャル・プランナー、経済教育研究者。子どもの環境・経済教育研究室代表。京都大学経済研究所東京分室、公立鳥取環境大学経営学部を経て、子どもから大人までを対象とした消費者教育・金融経済教育の普及に取り組んでいる。全国各地で講演活動を行うほか、テレビ・ラジオ番組の企画や出演、児童書・絵本の執筆・監修など幅広く活躍。難しい経済やお金の仕組みをわかりやすく伝える第一人者として知られている。著書・監修書に『今さら聞けないお金の超基本』『調べてみようお金の動き』『はじめまして！10歳からの経済学』『あそんでまなぶ はじめてのおかねえほん』などがある。

Michiko Izumi is a Japanese financial planner and specialist in economic and consumer education. She is the director of the Children's Environment and Economic Education Laboratory. After serving at the Kyoto University Institute of Economic Research and Tottori University of Environmental Studies, she has devoted her career to promoting financial literacy and consumer education for both children and adults. In addition to delivering lectures nationwide, she has contributed to television and radio programs and has written and supervised numerous children's books and educational publications. Widely recognized for making economics and personal finance accessible to young readers, her notable works include "The Basics of Money You Were Afraid to Ask," "Let's Explore How Money Moves," "Introduction to Economics for 10-Year-Olds," and "My First Money Book: Learn Through Play."
