泉秀一（いずみ・ひでかず、1990年生まれ）は、日本のノンフィクションライター、ジャーナリスト。福岡県出身。関西大学社会学部卒業後、ダイヤモンド社に入社し、『週刊ダイヤモンド』編集部を経て、2017年にNewsPicksへ移籍。企業・経済分野の取材を重ね、2022年には同社最年少で編集長に就任した。2024年に独立し、企業経営やスポーツ、社会問題をテーマに執筆活動を続けている。著書『世襲と経営 サントリー・佐治信忠の信念』では長期取材に基づき企業経営の本質を描き、『アフリカから来たランナーたち―箱根駅伝のケニア人留学生』では箱根駅伝を支えるケニア人留学生の実像を追い、第57回大宅壮一ノンフィクション賞を受賞した。

Hidekazu Izumi (born 1990) is a Japanese nonfiction writer and journalist. After graduating from Kansai University, he joined Diamond, Inc., where he worked for Weekly Diamond before moving to NewsPicks in 2017. Covering business, corporate strategy, and social issues, he became the youngest Editor-in-Chief in the company's history in 2022. Since becoming an independent writer in 2024, he has focused on long-form nonfiction exploring business leadership, sports, and contemporary society. His books include "Succession and Management: The Convictions of Suntory's Nobutada Saji" and "Runners from Africa: Kenyan Student Athletes in the Hakone Ekiden," the latter of which received the 57th Ōya Sōichi Nonfiction Award.
