いとうみく(1970年–)は、日本の児童文学作家。フリーライターを経て、『糸子の体重計』でデビューし、日本児童文学者協会新人賞を受賞した。児童文学作品として初めて河合隼雄物語賞を受賞した『あしたの幸福』では、父を亡くした中学生の少女が、父の婚約者と、幼いころに別れた実母との三人で暮らし始め、既存の呼び名に収まらない家族関係を築いていく過程を描いている。
Miku Ito, born in 1970, is a Japanese author of children’s and young adult literature. After working as a freelance writer, she made her debut with “Itoko no Taijukei,” which received the Japanese Association of Writers for Children Newcomer Award. “Ashita no Kofuku,” the first work of children’s literature to win the Kawai Hayao Story Prize, follows a junior high school girl who loses her father and begins living with both his fiancée and the mother from whom she was separated as a baby, gradually forming a family that does not fit conventional labels.
