略歴（Biography）
稲葉大樹（いなば たいき、1977–）は、日本の経営コンサルタント。静岡県出身で、早稲田大学大学院理工学研究科を修了した。企業経営の現場で培った知見を生かし、財政難に陥った江戸幕府の再建を現代の経営手法になぞらえて描いた『大江戸フューチャーズ』で、第67回メフィスト賞を受賞し、小説家としてデビュー。同作では、徳川吉宗と忍者集団「今猿（コンサル）」による幕府再生を通して、組織改革やコスト削減、インセンティブ設計といったビジネスの考え方を、時代小説の枠組みの中で軽快に描いている。
Taiki Inaba (1977–) is a Japanese management consultant. Born in Shizuoka Prefecture, he completed graduate studies in science and engineering at Waseda University. Drawing on his professional experience, he made his literary debut with "Oedo Futures", which won the 67th Mephisto Prize. The novel reimagines the financial crisis of the Tokugawa shogunate as a management turnaround, following Shogun Tokugawa Yoshimune and a mysterious group of ninja consultants as they apply cost reduction, organizational reform, incentive design, and other modern business ideas to rebuilding the government.
