井戸川射子（いどがわ いこ、1987–） 日本の小説家、詩人。詩作で培った繊細な言葉遣いと独創的な感性を生かし、日常のささやかな違和感や人と世界との距離を静かな筆致で描いている。2023年、『この世の喜びよ』で第168回芥川賞を受賞。同作は、地方都市のショッピングセンターを舞台に、何気ない日常に潜む孤独や連帯を丁寧にすくい上げた作品として、多くの読者の共感を呼んだ。
Iko Idogawa (1987–) is a Japanese novelist and poet. Drawing on a poetic sensibility, her fiction captures subtle emotional shifts and the quiet distance between individuals and the world through precise, understated prose. In 2023, she won the 168th Akutagawa Prize for "Kono Yo no Yorokobi yo" ("The Joys of This World"). Set in a suburban shopping mall, the novel portrays loneliness, everyday encounters, and fragile human connections with remarkable restraint and sensitivity.
