イーサン・モリック（Ethan Mollick、1975年 - ）は、アメリカの経営学者。ペンシルベニア大学ウォートン・スクール准教授、Generative AI Labs at Wharton共同ディレクター。ハーバード大学を卒業後、MITスローン経営大学院でMBAとPh.D.を取得し、AI、イノベーション、起業、教育を研究している。生成AIの登場後は、AIが仕事の生産性や創造性、組織、教育に及ぼす影響を実験や実際の利用を通して検証してきた。代表作『これからのAI、正しい付き合い方と使い方 「共同知能」と共生するためのヒント』（原題 "Co-Intelligence: Living and Working with AI"）では、AIを人間に代わる存在ではなく、人間とともに考え、働く「共同知能」と捉える。仕事仲間、家庭教師、コーチ、創造性を支える存在としてAIを実際に活用する方法を示すとともに、人間が判断と責任を担いながら、急速に進化するAIとどのように協働していくべきかを論じている。
Ethan Mollick (born 1975) is an American management scholar specializing in artificial intelligence, innovation, entrepreneurship, and education. He is an Associate Professor at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and Co-Director of Generative AI Labs at Wharton. After graduating from Harvard University, he earned an MBA and Ph.D. from the MIT Sloan School of Management. Since the emergence of generative AI, his research has examined its effects on productivity, creativity, organizations, entrepreneurship, and education through experiments and real-world applications. In "Co-Intelligence: Living and Working with AI," Mollick presents AI not simply as a technology that replaces human labor but as a form of "co-intelligence" that can work alongside people. He explores its roles as a coworker, tutor, coach, and creative partner while emphasizing the importance of human judgment and responsibility in learning how to collaborate with rapidly advancing AI systems.
