フィービー・グリーンウッド（Phoebe Greenwood）は、イギリス系オーストラリア人のジャーナリスト、小説家。エルサレムを拠点に『ガーディアン』、『デイリー・テレグラフ』、『サンデー・タイムズ』などの中東特派員を務めた後、『ガーディアン』で外交・国際問題担当の編集者兼特派員として活動した。戦争報道や中東情勢を長年取材した経験を生かした作品で知られ、現代の報道のあり方や紛争報道の倫理を鋭く問いかけている。代表作『Vulture』では、ガザ紛争を取材する若い記者を主人公に、戦争報道の現場とニュース産業の実態を、ブラックユーモアを交えて描いている。
Phoebe Greenwood is a British-Australian journalist and novelist. She worked as a Middle East correspondent based in Jerusalem for The Guardian, The Daily Telegraph, and The Sunday Times, before serving as a foreign affairs editor and correspondent at The Guardian. Drawing on years of reporting from conflict zones, her writing explores war, journalism, and the ethical dilemmas of international reporting. Her debut novel, "Vulture", is a dark satire of the war news industry inspired by her experiences covering Gaza, offering a powerful critique of the relationship between conflict, the media, and those who report it.
