藤島康介（ふじしま こうすけ、Kōsuke Fujishima、1964–） 漫画家。メカニックや乗り物への深い造詣を生かし、ラブコメディから青春群像劇まで幅広い作品を手がける。精密な作画と親しみやすい人物描写を特徴とし、漫画だけでなくゲームやアニメのキャラクターデザインでも活躍している。代表作『ああっ女神さまっ』（Oh My Goddess!）は、女神ベルダンディーと平凡な大学生の共同生活を描いたラブコメディ漫画であり、ファンタジーと日常を融合させた長編作品である。
