藤野 敦子（FUJINO Atsuko）- 労働経済学者、社会学者

藤野敦子（ふじの あつこ）は、日本の労働経済学者、社会学者。神戸市生まれ。大阪大学経済学部卒業後、同大学大学院経済学研究科で学び、関西学院大学大学院経済学研究科博士課程を経て博士（経済学）を取得。現在は京都産業大学現代社会学部教授・副学長を務める。労働経済学、労働社会学、人口学、ジェンダー研究を専門とし、働き方が女性のキャリアや夫婦関係、出生行動、家族形成に及ぼす影響を、統計分析やインタビュー調査を通して研究している。『転勤の社会学――ジェンダー・家族から問う日本的雇用システム』では、日本企業で長く続いてきた転勤制度に焦点を当て、転勤が本人だけでなく配偶者の就業や子育て、夫婦関係、地域社会に及ぼす影響を検証し、ジェンダーと家族の視点から日本型雇用の仕組みを問い直している。

Atsuko Fujino is a Japanese economist and sociologist specializing in labor economics, labor sociology, demography, and gender studies. Born in Kobe, she graduated from the Faculty of Economics at Osaka University and pursued graduate studies in economics at Osaka University and Kwansei Gakuin University, where she earned a doctorate in economics. She is currently Professor in the Faculty of Sociology and Vice President of Kyoto Sangyo University. Her research examines how employment practices affect women's careers, marital relationships, fertility, and family formation, using both statistical analysis and interviews. In "Tenkin no Shakaigaku: Jenda, Kazoku kara Tou Nihonteki Koyo Shisutemu," she examines Japan's long-standing system of employee transfers and analyzes its consequences not only for workers but also for their spouses' careers, childcare, family relationships, and local communities, reconsidering the Japanese employment system from the perspectives of gender and family.
