Kenshi Fujimoto is a Japanese manga artist. Working under the name Ayayuki Fujimoto, he received the Excellent Newcomer Award in the young-adult category of the 76th Chiba Tetsuya Award for "Dorei Kyōdai" in 2017. He made his published debut that year with the one-shot "Maneki-zaru" and later illustrated "Nando, Toki o Kurikaeshite mo Honnōji ga Moerun ja ga!?," written by Keisuke Ide. His representative work, "Miharu no Senjō," is written by Gouten Hamada and illustrated by Fujimoto. Set in a Japan divided among foreign powers after World War III, it follows Miharu, a girl with exceptional sniper skills, and Shou, a former sniper who can no longer shoot another person. Its detailed depictions of weapons and urban combat emphasize the contrast between Miharu’s drive for revenge and Shou’s refusal to kill.
