ヘンリー・マーシュ（Henry Marsh、1950–） イギリスの脳神経外科医、作家。ロンドンのセント・ジョージ病院で長年にわたり脳神経外科医として診療に携わり、ウクライナなど医療環境の厳しい地域で脳神経外科医療の支援にも尽力してきた。医療現場における葛藤や倫理、患者との向き合い方を率直に綴った著作で国際的に知られる。代表作『脳外科医マーシュの告白』（原題 "Do No Harm: Stories of Life, Death and Brain Surgery"）は、脳神経外科医として直面した成功と失敗、患者との関わりを通して、医療の不確実性と人間の尊厳を描いている。
Henry Marsh (born 1950) is a British neurosurgeon and author. After a distinguished career at St George's Hospital in London, he also devoted many years to helping develop neurosurgical care in Ukraine and other regions with limited medical resources. He is internationally known for his candid reflections on the ethical dilemmas, uncertainties, and human realities of medicine. His best-known book, "Do No Harm: Stories of Life, Death and Brain Surgery," draws on his experiences as a neurosurgeon to explore the uncertainty of medical practice and the dignity of patients.
