Bent Flyvbjerg（ベント・フリウビヤ、1952年生まれ）は、デンマークの経済地理学者、経営学者。University of Oxfordサイード・ビジネススクール教授。専門はメガプロジェクト、プロジェクトマネジメント、意思決定、経済地理学で、大規模プロジェクトの計画・実行・リスク管理に関する世界的な第一人者として知られている。数十年にわたり世界各地のインフラ事業やITプロジェクトなどを分析し、計画の楽観バイアスやコスト超過、スケジュール遅延の要因を実証的に研究してきた。その研究成果は政府や企業の政策立案やプロジェクト運営に広く活用されており、現代のプロジェクトマネジメント研究を代表する学者の一人として国際的に高く評価されている。
Bent Flyvbjerg (born 1952) is a Danish economic geographer and management scholar. He is Professor at the University of Oxford Saïd Business School. His research focuses on megaprojects, project management, decision-making, and economic geography, and he is widely regarded as one of the world's leading authorities on the planning and delivery of large-scale projects. Over several decades, Flyvbjerg has analyzed infrastructure, technology, and other major projects around the world, identifying the causes of optimism bias, cost overruns, and schedule delays through rigorous empirical research.
