ベン・メズリック（Ben Mezrich、1969–）は、アメリカのノンフィクション作家。テクノロジー、金融、起業家、スポーツなどを題材に、綿密な取材をもとにしたノンフィクションを数多く発表している。実在の人物や出来事を臨場感あふれるストーリーテリングで描く作風で知られ、多くの作品が映画化されている。代表作『facebook 若き天才の野望』（原題："The Accidental Billionaires"）では、Facebook創業をめぐる人間関係や企業の急成長を描き、映画『ソーシャル・ネットワーク』の原作として世界的な注目を集めた。

Ben Mezrich (1969–) is an American nonfiction author. He is known for narrative works that chronicle real-life stories from the worlds of technology, finance, entrepreneurship, and sports. Combining extensive research with fast-paced storytelling, he has brought many high-profile business and technology stories to a broad audience, and several of his books have been adapted into major motion pictures. His best-known book, "The Accidental Billionaires", recounts the founding of Facebook and served as the basis for the Academy Award-winning film The Social Network.
