パラグ・カンナ（Parag Khanna、1977–） インド生まれの地政学者、戦略アドバイザー、作家。地政学、グローバル化、インフラ、人口移動を専門とし、戦略コンサルティング会社AlphaGeoの創業者兼CEOを務める。国家間の対立だけでなく、物流や通信、エネルギー網などの「接続性」に着目した分析で知られる。代表作『「接続性」の地政学 グローバリズムの先にある世界』（原題 "Connectography: Mapping the Future of Global Civilization"）は、インフラやサプライチェーン、デジタルネットワークが国際秩序を再構築する過程を描き、21世紀の世界を読み解く新たな視点を提示している。
Parag Khanna (born 1977) is an Indian-born geopolitical strategist, author, and founder and CEO of AlphaGeo. Specializing in geopolitics, globalization, infrastructure, and migration, he is known for emphasizing connectivity alongside traditional state power as a driving force in global affairs. His best-known book, "Connectography: Mapping the Future of Global Civilization," argues that infrastructure, supply chains, and digital networks are reshaping global politics and economics, offering a new framework for understanding the twenty-first century.
