略歴（Biography）
林宏昌（はやし ひろまさ） 経営コンサルタント。リデザインワーク株式会社代表取締役社長。早稲田大学理工学部情報学科卒業。リクルートで経営企画、広報ブランド、働き方改革などを担当した後、組織変革や人事戦略を支援するリデザインワーク株式会社を創業。情報経営イノベーション専門職大学客員教授も務める。『上司はリスクばかりを指摘する 会社を潰す「大課長」問題』は、本来は部長や本部長が担うべき役割を果たせず、課長の延長線上で行動してしまう「大課長」という現象を分析し、組織の成長を妨げる要因と、その解決策を提言している。
Hiromasa Hayashi is a Japanese management consultant and the founder and CEO of Redesign Work Inc. After serving in leadership roles in corporate planning, branding, and workplace transformation at Recruit, he established his own consulting firm to advise organizations on strategy, organizational change, and human resources. He also serves as a Visiting Professor at Professional University of Information and Management for Innovation. His best-known book, "Jōshi wa Risuku Bakari o Shiteki Suru: Kaisha o Tsubusu 'Daikachō' Mondai," examines the phenomenon of senior managers who continue to think and act like section managers, arguing that this "big section chief" mindset hinders organizational growth and offering practical solutions for leadership reform.
