He also serves as a Visiting Professor at Professional University of Information and Management for Innovation. His best-known book, "Jōshi wa Risuku Bakari o Shiteki Suru: Kaisha o Tsubusu 'Daikachō' Mondai," examines the phenomenon of senior managers who continue to think and act like section managers, arguing that this "big section chief" mindset hinders organizational growth and offering practical solutions for leadership reform.
