服部紫青（はっとり しせい）は、日本の推理作家。2026年に、書き下ろしの警察小説『公安デビル』を刊行した。同作では、官僚ら8人が行方不明となった事件を受け、警視庁公安部の捜査官・紺野美雨が、単独でテロを実行する「ローン・オフェンダー」とみられる謎の人物〈アンヘル〉を追う。美雨と、“汚れ役”と呼ばれる公安警察官・蜂須賀玄との緊張をはらんだ協働を軸に、犯人の目的も所在もつかめない状況下で進む公安捜査と、敵味方の境界が揺らぐ対決を描いている。

Shisei Hattori is a Japanese mystery writer who published the original police thriller "Kōan Devil" in 2026. The novel begins with the disappearance of eight people, including government officials, in a case believed to involve a lone-actor terrorist known as Angel. Public Security investigator Miu Konno is assigned to pursue the elusive suspect and is partnered with Gen Hachisuka, an enigmatic officer known for handling the organization’s morally compromising work. Their uneasy collaboration drives a story of counterterrorism, covert investigation, and shifting boundaries between ally and enemy.
